Venue Rental

Charlotte’s Wedding Haven is a wedding venue approximately six miles from Brevard, N.C. This spacious Victorian Home sits atop a five-acre site, with breathtaking views that overlook the valley of pastures and mountains to make ever lasting memories for your special day. There are several locations in the yard to have your special day, both wedding and reception. The venue can accommodate up to 300-350 guests. A covered wrap around porch ten feet wide is a back-up plan if it rains or a tarp tent for extra fee. Couples booking their event at Charlotte’s Wedding Venue will also have access to two rooms upstairs available to rent for the bride and bridesmaids and the bride and groom, plenty of parking, lighting, sound, setup and cleanup, wifi, and port a privy for all guests. Charlotte’s Wedding Venue is ten minutes from Brevard, N.C. and it’s near cities such as Greenville, S.C., Asheville, N.C., Charlotte, N.C. and Hendersonville, N.C.

Music is allowed at each event, but it must be kept at a reasonable volume and music must be off by 11:00 p.m. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Charlotte’s Wedding Venue rental fee is $2950.00 which includes tables, chairs, table cloths, electricity, water and the use of the venue the day before and the full day of the event. The wedding package includes access and use of Charlotte’s Wedding Venue from 9:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. the day before the event and from 9:00 a.m. –11:00 p.m the day of the event.
